Special Information for Girl Scouts and Girl Scout Leaders
Because of the large numbers of students registering, we will not be able to accept requests to assign groups to the same workshop sessions. Girls will be allowed to register with a "buddy" and will be assigned to the same classes. In the case of an odd girl, register her individually for the same modules as one of the "buddy" pairs and make a note on the registration form being mailed in with payment, providing the names of all three girls and requesting they be kept together.
Registration Fee: The registration fee for one adult will be waived with the registration for 5 students. All other adults must pay the $15 registration fee which helps cover the cost of the facility and lunch.
Group Registration: To facilitate a faster check-in process, please include your Troop Number (or a Group Name) on all of your group's registration forms for groups of 4 or more. Then go to the Group Registration Table to pick up badges for all of your group. If some of your group is traveling separately, you will be responsible for getting their badges and schedules to them when they arrive.
Safety: The High School is an enclosed facility and there will be no uncontrolled access outside the facility. If you do not wish to participate in the Parents' Program, you may wait in the Commons area or in the Cafeteria. Classrooms will always have more than one adult so a child will never be alone with an adult.
Patches: We are no longer providing patches as part of this program.
